Focalpoint Magazine //

We'll admit it - we've definately lagged on getting magazines and books into the store.  But this year we're getting it together and bringing in what we reckon is some pretty awesome literature for your eyes and mind.  Even better when it doesn't cost you a cent.  Welcoming FOCALPOINT BMX MAGAZINE to the shelves.

Issue 26 has some really good articles, including a recent Adelaide tour.  Now you can grab a free copy when you swing through next.  Here's the latest 'The Package' - Vol #4, check it!

The Poor Mans Sale //

If you're like most, and appreciate getting the stuff you're stoked on cheaper than you normally would (who isnt?), then we suggest you pencil in a visit to us sometime between the 6th and the 11th of February.

And don't start thinking its some catch to get you in, and all we've discounted is a handful of tees that have been around for the last two years.  Storewide means everything in store.  Past seasons stuff and the current.  We're putting everything in store at a discount, certain products more than others, but everything will be cheaper.

Brands include:

HUF, ANIMAL, ALTAMONT, PASSPORT, EMERICA, SKAVENGER, BUTTER, STACKS, S&M...ect

Do yourself a favour, get in earlier rather than later, the good stuff will go quick.

United Bike Co. x Etnies //

We hit up who we could and managed to get our hands on this amazing collaboration between UNITED BIKE CO and ETNIES.  The Complete SU2 bikes have been going crazy, and we're down to our last few, but we finally got delivery of the shoes and some tshirts.

As it turns out, I think we're the only ones in South Australia who got them - so the limited numbers we have in stock are definately not going to last long...

Nathan Williams signature colourway on the Jameson 2 shoe.

The Portland in Corey Martinez colourway, the green / black / orange is pretty wild.

Ashley Charles went with the Barge LS made from synthetic materials.

We've always wanted to present the brands we're into as best as we can - this collaboration is awesome, and with this being the only release on the cards, this gear is as collectable as it is rad to roll in.  If you're chasing this gear, hit us up, as the bikes are moving quick, and this shit will too!

90East //

We're real happy to finally have the new gear from the crew at 90EAST.  You may have seen these guys around the interwebs, you might also recognise Lino Gonzalez, who's part of the ANIMAL BIKES family.  Lino started 90East in 2009, creating an amazing store and brand that truly represents what they are all about.  I think this pretty much says it all:

'90East is a 100% independently owned and operated clothing brand and BMX shop. All design, video, distribution, and screen printing is done in house. Our focus is on putting out high quality clothing and helping the local BMX community.'

The 'Logo' tee (also available in black) and the 'Red Line' tee - 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, hand screenprinted.

The 'Away' Tee - Authnetic East Coast.

The 'Newbury' 5 panel and 'Ganset' trucker - in time for the summer.

Keep it local, respect the community, DIY.  We can really relate to what Lino and 90East are creating.  Check them out, buy a tshirt and be stoked that you are supporting true originals.

Introducing Savakas //

We have always tried to give you guys something new, never ones to follow with whatever it is the 'rest' are up to. Which is why after a little bit of searching we found SAVAKAS in the dark depths of the old country, England, UK.

They have brought out their first line of some real refreshing new apparel.  The best part about Savakas, for us, is that it's not 'trying' to be anything.  There is no popularity contest 'graphics' or trends, every piece is created around what the Savakas contributors are into.  Contributors like illustrator FRENCH and FBM destroyer Tom Blyth amongst a bunch of talented crew.

The 'Tom Blyth Signature' tee (left) and 'Bearings' tee (right) - available online.
Water based inks, 100% cotton, pre-shrunk.

The eco 'Bios' Range (left) is a rad new direction.  This raglan is made from a mix of organic cotton, recylced polyester and naturally occuring rayon.  Super soft and comfy.  The 'Spinnaker' flannel shirt (right) is dialed in, fitted, and tough.

SAVAKAS have pulled together a real tight, clean and quality range - including these slick chinos.
Slim fit, lightweight with some nice finishes.

Unique, creative and amazing quality clothing - so stoked to be peddling this gear in store.  Hit us up for more info, come in store and check it out, no-one gets anywhere without trying new shit.

Keep your eyes peeled, Savakas are killing it!

Store tees //

The definition of insanity is repeating yourself expecting the same result.  We like to learn something new, take a different path and create new shit all the time.  So we made some new store tee's.  And we're pretty stoked on how they came up.  Whatever we create we want it to represent what we're all about or who we are and hopefully give everyone (new friends and old ones) something you can be stoked on.

"Never be Bought & Sold" - we're not into selling the most, making millions and using other people to get there.  What we make we put back in.  If we wanted to make big money we'd be astronauts or radiologists.  Culture can''t be bought!

Life is for living, we do it everyday - plus to a select few in society we're all like roaches...Exist or live?

We hand screenprinted these suckers, using waterbased inks to keep it healthy for the world, and printed on the best fitting tees around, AAA's!  With a massive cheers to our underground dungeon dwelling screenprinting friends...

Limited numbers to keep it fresh - no one wants to be rocking the same clothes as everyone else....do they?  Maybe thats just us...

ONLINE if you're an out of town friend, or on the shelves if you're hanging around next.

Get stuck in!

animal freshies //

It's been a heavy last few weeks for the crew at ANIMAL BIKE CO. with new releases left and right, plus re-stocks of all the good shit.  We're big fans of what the guys at Animal are doing for BMX - they're quality over quantity, and focus on creating functional product without following trends is a real breath of fresh air.  Suss some of the hardware goodies we've got in...

AKIMBO Cranks - attention to detail, quality, strength.  A serious set of cranks.

BARRET Forks - are built, without being heavyset.  If you're on the street then these forks are a done deal.

Got a bunch of Animal rubber - the Tom White Wall tyres are always selling out quick.

Nigel Sylvesters pro stuff finally came through too - this new seat isnt just a seat with his name on it.  The first seat to re-design the way the pivotal seat base is moulded, plus with real durable double layered vinyl cover, it's ready to go.

We also got a re-stock of pegs in all colours/sizes, and the always dependable Hamilton Plastic pedals.  Get on board, this Animal stock is the best going around.  Support brands you can relate to, think about what you buy and WHY!

For those who haven't seen 'CUTS', Animals latest DVD, you need to buy it.  This part by Steve hamilton is the raddest out of the lot.  They're all amazing, but this one holds top spot for us in store.

animal soft-goods //

All the latest season of ANIMAL BIKE CO. apparel is on the shelves and once again they've outdone the rest of the industry and created some really good clothing.  We went hard, we knew you guys would be stoked on this lot, and we've already been moving a bunch of it.  Get your scroll on, suss everything, and as always if you're chasing anything, give us a heads up.

So many new tees in stock - the best fits, 100% cotton pre-shrunk, quality screen-prints.  Shown here is the OUTFITTER in black and the WYTHE.

Although summer is just round the corner, good quality jumpers are super hard to find.  Especially from brands that you actually want to wear.  Above is the FULTON pullover (left) and the WYTHE zip up.

Keeping the ladies happy is a big task, but if you're looking the goods, then you're almost there.  If you need a nice shirt, dont buy from some shopping centre store with some metro dude with a fake tan telling you how good you look.  Get the real shit!

Hats and hats and hats - as always, solid range in store of all the new ones.  Hit us up if you're chasing anything.

United Voyage //

UNITED BIKE CO. have released the new Geoff Slattery signature stuff and its looking the goods.  The dude shreds, hard.  All you have to do is watch his ANTHEM II part to know what Slattery throws himself at.  His new frame is built to stand up to it. United have been refining, tuning and perfecting everything they put out.

The standout specs are the new shape BB and HT, they're also heat-treated and the frame is strengthened with straight guage/butted tubing.  This frame is built tough.

The new Voyage bars are basically the same as the older Mothership dimensions - 8.25" and 29" wide.

And for those who dig the purple...

Below is the promo clip for the Voyage with the man Slattery himself.  Enjoy...
