PACCBET (pronunced 'Rassvet') hails from Moscow, formed by friends Gosha and pro-skater Tolia Titaev. 

From the developing scene in Russia, a generation of creatives are bringing together projects that represent a part of the world rarely seen if at all, from their social and cultural perspective.

The word Rassvet, translating to “sunrise”, illustrates their community’s common desire to highlight a new dawn in Russian youth culture.
