EXCHANGES + RETURNS

If there's an issue with your purchase, we may accept a return within 5 days, subject to eligibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (tagged, unwashed, new), in the original packaging.

Any item that is returned deemed not to be in the above condition will be returned to you, at your expense.

In order to complete your return, we require all details be sent via email to online@twentyfiftytwo.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Upon receipt of your email we will endeavour to respond within a two (2) day period with a response.

Only after you receive a response from us as to what to do next, should you send your item back to us. 

All exchange or return items should be sent to: 83B Hindley Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000, Australia.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without communication from us.

Also, do not send your product to the manufacturer or brand, to avoid voiding your transaction with us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, it will will be processed accordingly. 

Return due to manufacturers faults, are deemed faulty by the manufacturer, and we will handle this process for you. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If a product can be repaired, where possible, we will organise this. 

If a repair is unavailable, we may offer to replace (exchange) the product. 

In the case where a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Gift Cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at online@twentyfiftytwo.com.au.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
